I'm hoping to run another DanceJourney in the Spring of next year, some time near the Equinox. Please let me know if you are interested in coming!

OK. So some of you will know that the frst DanceJourney on June 27th ended somewhat dramatically witjh me rupturing my Achilles tendon! This just shows the importance of warming up and stretching beforehand. To be fair, I did do so, but it also showed me how important it is to build up to exercise gradually, since I had had a a break from dancing for some time previously, and was keen to get back in to it.

So, having spent the last week hobbling around on crutches, my leg is healing well and I'm hoping to continue with DanceJourney later in the year. Needless to say, I shall be more careful!
